With winter well underway and July wrapping up, it’s the perfect time to give your storage unit a quick once-over! Taking a few minutes now can help keep your belongings in top condition.

Here’s a handy checklist:

• Wrap it up: Make sure all your items are properly wrapped and protected.
• Air out appliances: Keep fridge and freezer doors slightly ajar to ensure good airflow and prevent any mould from growing.
• Cover big items: Drape old sheets or moving blankets over larger items like TVs, couches, and drawers for extra protection.
• Pest control check: Please inspect the bait we’ve placed in your unit. If it looks like it needs topping up or replacing, just give us a call.
• Watch for water: Carefully look for any signs of water. If you find anything, please notify us right away so we can investigate the cause.
